Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in at least one of these areas: woodworking, stone/marble, leather goods, textiles/embroidery, metal finishing, resin casting, CNC milling, laser cutting, 3D printing, or specialist finishing.
- Capacity to handle small-batch production (50–500 units) and scale up reliably.
- Consistent quality control and the ability to provide samples, in-process photos, and QC reports.
- Legal business registration and the ability to supply invoices for export.
- Good communication in English and responsiveness during the onboarding process.
