These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of Customcy’s platform and services, where artisans handcraft bespoke wood, leather, marble, salt, pottery, and cutlery products for creative entrepreneurs and e-commerce brands around the world. By placing an order or accessing our site, you agree to these terms, which ensure transparency, protect your rights, and empower us to deliver exceptional, small-batch creations every time.
1. Scope & Jurisdiction
Company Registration
Customcy is legally registered in Pakistan. Until further notice, all services operate under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Global Reach
We proudly serve customers in every country, with a focus on the USA and European markets. Unless otherwise specified, these Terms apply uniformly to all international orders.

2. Payment & Pricing
Accepted Methods
• Credit Card
• Bank Transfer (including Payoneer)
Payment Terms
• Samples: 100% prepayment required before sample production begins.
• Bulk Orders: Following sample approval, full payment is due before bulk production.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in production delays. We reserve the right to pause or cancel orders not paid in full within 7 days of invoice issuance.
3. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted at least 5 days before production starts.
- Orders in active production cannot be changed and are non-refundable.
- To adjust or cancel, please email your order number and details to asim@customcy.com.
4. Returns, Replacements & Disputes
Replacements Only
We stand by our quality. If your order has a genuine defect, Customcy will repair or remanufacture the item at no extra cost—no refunds.
How to File a Claim
Email full order details (order number, product photos, issue description) to asim@customcy.com within 30 days of delivery.
Fees
No restocking fees will be charged for valid defect claims; however, customers cover return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
5. Intellectual Property & Custom Designs
- Customer Ownership: Upon final payment, you retain all IP rights to artwork, designs, and specifications you provide.
- Customcy License: We retain a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to showcase finished pieces in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media, with attribution to you upon request.
6. Warranties & Liability
Craftsmanship Guarantee
All products come with a 30-day warranty. If craftsmanship falls short of agreed specifications, we’ll repair or remanufacture at no cost.
Limitation of Liability
Except as prohibited by law, Customcy’s total liability is capped at the purchase price of the affected product(s). We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: Laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without conflict-of-laws principles.
- Negotiation: Parties will negotiate in good faith for up to 30 days to settle disputes.
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under Pakistan’s Arbitration Act, 1940, before a single arbitrator in Karachi, with proceedings in English.
- Interim Relief: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect IP or proprietary interests.
8. Additional Clauses
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential.
- Non-Solicitation: Customers agree not to directly recruit or hire Customcy’s artisans or staff during any order and for 12 months thereafter.
- Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). The affected party shall promptly notify the other.
